Pamanda Properties is under the directorship of Mrs Kholeka Mkhize who is a B. Nutrition Graduate and Miss Pamela Mkhize who has a B. Com Marketing Management Degree.
Our clients can be assured of the best service and comfort living knowing that both the directors are Graduates and have been students themselves who have the unique knowledge of student life and requirements.
Vereeniging CBD
We have invested in two properties strategically located in Vereeniging CBD at 47 Stanley Avenue and 58 Senator Marks Street. Both properties have been rezoned to res4 and are constantly renovated and upgraded to keep fresh and maintain excellent standard qualities. A full-time contracted cleaner and gardening services is provided to ensure property cleanliness at all times. Students are provided with house rules to ensure that individual space is not infringed.
Exclusive digital clearance at the gate is in place to ensure 24hrs security within the premises and a security guard with view camera monitor is available for further security. Plans are underway to include provision of well-balanced meals especially developed by our Dietitian Mrs Mkhize suitable for student life and convenience.
The Student catering department will be administered by Mrs Mkhize personally to ensure that healthier best quality food and service is provided to the students.
Vanderbijlpark (Riverbend Gardens – Bedworthpark)
Another property is based at 65 Formax Street in Riverbend housing a minimum of four students within a walking distance to North West University. It is furnished with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric stove, beds, study tables and wardrobes. A magnetic gate has been installed for 24hours security and safety.
