Our Apartments have been especially remodeled and redesigned to accommodate students. These Apartments have followed the higher education e.g. (UJ) University of Johannesburg and WITS (off Campus Res) student residence building models as a standard baseline.

All rooms are tiled with fitted ceiling and geysers. Each room is fitted with beds, study table and can be adapted to student’s needs.

For added student comfort we are providing a 24 hour care-taker service on premises. All our properties have controlled access and security gates entrance.
