Our houses have been especially re-modelled and redesigned to accommodate students. These houses have followed the higher education e.g. (UJ) University of Johannesburg and WITS (off Campus Res) student residence building models as a standard baseline. All houses are tiled with fitted ceiling and solar geysers and solar emergency lighting. Each room is fitted with beds, wardrope, study table and can be adapted to student’s needs.
For added student comfort we are providing a 24hour care-taker service on premises. All our properties have controlled access and security gates entrance.
Single rooms and sharing rooms are available at affordable price for service provided.

At 47 Stanley Avenue the old building has been renovated to Pamanda Terrace (town house) which is a sixteen apartments development exclusive for students. It is also managed by Pamanda Properties which was founded in 2006 and has been acquiring and developing properties for the past thirteen years.
Each apartment has three bedrooms which can house a minimum of three students to a maximum of four students. It is furnished with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas stove, beds, study table and a wardrobe. A solar system has been installed to cover energy during load-shedding periods; a 24hour security available for safety.
